• Target facility with a minimum of 20,000sf. Properties outside of this range will be considered on a limited basis
• Mom and Pop owned Class B or C properties
• Secondary and Tertiary markets
• Opportunity to add additional revenue streams such as tenant insurance, retail sales,late fees, etc.
• Prefer properties with deficiencies in marketing and automation, such as, no website or limited online presence, no google business page, limited hours of operation and currently not accept online payments.
